Director of Inclusion & Social Impact at Veterans United Home Loans

Loreli Wilson is a University of Missouri graduate. She serves as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion Programs at Veterans United Home Loans, directing the diversity and inclusion initiative, including diversity recruitment, programming, and college relations. She is dedicated to promoting an inclusive workforce conducive to Veterans United’s unique culture, and ultimately strives for each employee to feel comfortable in their own skin. She was acknowledged in CBT’s (Columbia Business Times) 20 under 40 class of 2017, and has contributed to Veterans United Home Loans diversity initiative being recognized in 2018 with the MBA’s (Mortgage Bankers Association) Residential Leadership Award for Diversity and Inclusion, the 2017 Corporate Leader of Inclusion + Innovation nationally by the Society of Diversity and locally by the City of Columbia with the Columbia Values Diversity 2018 award. With a background in Human Resources and Recruiting, she has volunteered her skills to such organizations as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Missouri as a Board Member, Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) MO as Director of Diversity, Boone County Historical Society as a Board Member, and currently serves as the President of the Inclusive Impact Institute.
